A collection of materials of an official nature concerning the history of Karelia from the time of the formation of the Karelian Labor Commune until its transformation into the Autonomous Socialist Soviet Republic (from the beginning of 1920 to the end of 1922). Сontains about 60 documents: petitions, decrees, international treaties, etc. The book has two parts — one in Russian and one in Finnish.

The loss of a piece of the front cover, a “discard from the library's exchange fund” stamp on the back of the title page (no other stamps). The print run — 300 copies. The only collection of documents of the first two years of the existence of autonomous Karelia. An exceptionally rare book.
