A book about the latest ideas of eugenics by a famous anthropologist, psychologist, member of the staff of the Eugenics Department of the Moscow Institute of Experimental Biology, secretary of the Russian Eugenic Society Mikhail Vasilievich Volotsky (1893–1944). It deals with such questions as "protective eugenics of cultural mankind", sexual sterilization in order to improve race, methods of rejuvenating the human body, etc. Rare interesting book.
