The first Soviet steamship "Comrade Stalin".

A rare departmental publication dedicated to the first Soviet steamship named after Stalin. The speed with which the cult of Stalin's personality was formed is surprising. Only three years have passed since Lenin's death, the NEP has not yet ended, there is still an internal party polemic. However, already in 1927, sensitive politicians called the first Soviet steamship after the general secretary of the Bolshevik Party. 

An interesting publication, the predecessor of the pompous "parade" editions of the 1930s and 1950s. Photos on separate inserts with tracing paper, good paper, good printing, small circulation.
